Via Tito Angelini, 20 - Napoli (NA)
Manager: Dott.ssa Angela Tecce
Already present in historical sources since the end of the 13th century, Castel Sant'Elmo is located on the Vomero hill of Naples. Initially an Angevin and Aragonese fortress, then a Bourbon garrison and prison, since 2010, it houses the headquarters of the Museum of the twentieth century. The castle also offers a stunning view of the Gulf with the islands, Vesuvius, the Phlegraean Fields and, towards the mainland, the mountains of Matese.
