manor farm

This artefact is a rural house located in Pietrastornina, a small town near the city of Avellino, dated back to the 19th century, when it was built by local workers. This building consists of three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor. The basement and the ground floor are divided in two rooms. The structure is built in masonry with a wood intermediate floor, a wooden flat roof and a double-pitched ceiling with roman roof tiles. The whole manor farm is in good conditions; there are just some parts where the roof is slightly caved in.
