This building is a manor farm located in Contrada Sava, a locality of the town of Volturara Irpina (AV). Based on the constructing analogy with similar buildings, the manor farm was dated in the 18th century and ascribed to local workers. The artefact is in the open countryside and hardly accessible. This building of 80 square meters consists of a single level with the North side completely closed. The structure is made of local limestone and has a wood floor. A bioclimatic recovery plan has been drawn for this artefact, so the bioclimatic conditions have been examined in-depth. Considering the quite isolated position of the building, it will be put at Park’s disposal in order to be used as established by the institution.
